Shipping policy

Shipping information
All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot process orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed next Saturday or Sunday will be shipped next Monday. Orders placed at 11 am Eastern Standard Time will be shipped within 72 hours.
Currently, it has been shipped to all states/provinces in the United States through USPS. We currently do not ship to the U.S. Virgin Islands or internationally.
Goods sent from the United States may take up to 7 working days;

Shipping Address
Please provide accurate city, state, zip code and apt. # (If applicable) and make sure to double check that all fields have the correct information. Abbreviations, spelling errors and other typos that cause delivery errors may be returned to us. Note: We will make every effort to re-ship; if we are unable to contact you within 10 working days, we will cancel your order and refund your purchase price to the original payment method.

Billing Address
Please confirm that your billing information matches your credit card billing address. Name/street/city/state/zip code/apt#, address must match exactly, and there are no typos or spelling errors. If any of the numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Make sure to spell the city name correctly and avoid using abbreviations unless this is how the information appears on your statement. (Please contact your financial institution to confirm the exact billing address of your credit card account.)

Item lost/lost, item damaged/stolen
In order to prevent fraudulent claims, once we have USPS services, we will not be responsible for packages. If your package is stolen/lost or damaged due to USPS, we will not be able to replace these items. All lost packages are the responsibility of USPS. Please contact the nearest USPS to resolve all shipping issues. If you can provide the USPS claim number and details, we may provide further assistance on this issue. Otherwise, we can only track your package.
